Well, at least the complaints are going to the right place now.

Wesley Cheeks is NOT a Fairfax County police officer; he is a security
officer employed by the Fairfax County Public Schools. You may go to
http://www.fcps.edu to contact the School’s Department of Communication
and Community Outreach concerning this matter. They may also be reached
by phone at 571-423-1200.
Thank you.

Your Officer Wesley Cheeks says this is no longer America. I would
appreciate it if you would tell me what “this” is?
Cheeks is a thug and a disgrace to your department and my country.
Very Sincerely,
Tom Eaker
I wonder how many e-mails they’ve received like yours.
Cheeks is guilty on a few counts:
1) When the protestor read Cheeks name as “Officer Wesley Cheeks”, Cheeks agreed and said “yes” that implied that he was an officer, and
2) When Cheeks threatened to arrest him if he didn’t comply with the “officer’s” orders.
3) Using that assumed position of authority to violate the protester’s civil rights.
4) He’s already guilty of being a dumbass.
