This seems to be the sick freak fascist “law enforcement” theme across the country. Time to get rid of Bush's police state machine - the Patriot Act. He may not have intended for it to turn into a citizen abuse machine - but it has. Police now look at us like we are the terrorists and they are the US military occupying our country.

Glad he suing the “doctor” who cooperated with this torture, too. Make these sick freaks afraid to torture citizens upon the demand of the police. Warrant or no warrant doctors are not to use their medicine for such frivolous and oppressive police action.

Huh? The Patriot Act has nothing to do with this case. Nothing at all.

Admittedly the act of which you speak has agravated the loss of human rights.
BUT the prohibitionists had already brought this travesty to its complete fullness for those who dare to drink alchohol long before before 9-11.
