I visited other countries like New Zealand and Japan and their bathroom stalls offer much better privacy. Full length doors and partition walls and no cracks between door and partition.

One bathroom that is very pathetic is a rest stop on the IL side of the IN/IL border on the West Bound side of I-64. The top of the stall doors, a person even 5'6" can see over the doors. No privacy. I would go a few miles down to the IL 1 exit and use the gas station bathroom before I would use the rest stop one !
