"A witness from the scene told KTLA the man who got his finger bitten off was walking through the anti-reform group to get to the pro-reform group when he got in an altercation with someone from the anti-reform side."

"The man apparently punched the person from the anti-reform side. In the scuffle that ensued, that person bit the man’s pinky finger, severing it."

KTLA has rewritten their story again. It now reads:

"A witness from the scene says a man was walking through the anti-reform group to get to the pro-reform side when he got into an altercation with the 65-year-old, who opposes health care reform."

"The 65-year-old was apparently aggressive and hit the other man, who then retaliated by biting off his attacker's pinky, according to Karoli from DrumsnWhistles."

The story is a mess. This might be intentional, or it might be because some witnesses are LYING.

"A witness from the scene says a man was walking through the anti-reform fascist group to get to the pro-reform fascist side when he got into an altercation with the 65-year-old, who opposes health care reformfascism ."
