His training was better than almost anyones. I lived in Thousand Oaks for 3 years. It is very conservative,. The next city over is Simi Valley. Home to about 5000 LA cops. The only reason those thugs are still walking around was the good guys were outgunned 100+ to 15.
My training is also about a million years old.
