The man who phoned the Rush Limbaugh show today, an eyewitness who actually found the severed finger, said that the elderly man was targeted by the guy who crossed the street as he was standing between younger, larger and presumably, stronger men.

Typical leftist behavior - go for the weak and least able to defend themselves.
