Speaking of rain, we arrived in Dallas about an hour ago. We were welcomed by a sudden thunder and lightening storm. As Chris was unloading us from the freepmobile there was a huge lightening flash and thunderclap right over our heads that startled us and set off several car alarms around us. Then a torrent of rain poured down that drenched us before we could get to the hotel door.

Although an inconvenience, Texas really needs the rain! Glad you all made it to Dallas safely!

Rain???!!! Please send it down to the Hill Country. We've had about three rain showers here in the past 2 years. Glad you got to Big D okay.
