I say, require the kids to memorize the 10th amendment. Give them a two hour education on that part of our Constitution.

But then again, the TEACHERS WOULD HAVE TO KNOW THE FACTS in order to teach them.

Thankfully my son’s American Govt./Civics class is required to memorize the Bill of Rights early this semester.
