Yes, I know Texas gets federal education dollars, but those are for federal programs, they’re not for teachers and they’re not for purchasing or maintaining schools.
There’s the federal breakfast/lunch program that you have to qualify for, the after school care programs that you have to qualify for, some of the money is for transportation, but I can guarantee you, they don’t fund teachers unless it’s for a specific federal program requirement.
