Reporting from Washington - Justice John Paul Stevens, who will turn 90 early next year, has given a hint that this Supreme Court term will be his last, potentially clearing the way for a second appointee from President Obama next summer.

I agree that elections have consequences, but this one is fairly minor (as was Souter's resignation). One liberal will replace another. If Scalia decides to step down during Obama's presidency, then it's time to worry.

You knew Zero would appoint at least two communists to the SCOTUS, no biggy though, they’re simply replacing other communists. But here’s hoping that the she-male RINOS, like the fairy voiced Lindsy Graham, get the boot in 2010.
