I did a double-take last night when a guest on Olbermann called town hall attendees “Birthers and Birchers”. Who below the age of say 65 would even know what a bircher was?

It appears that the Obots are reviving and reframing the term Bircher as a smear to use against anyone who thinks Obama just might be a Marxist.

And the big crime of the Birchers was, apparently, that they were anti-communist. Until the 1980s, it was self-evident for every leftie, young and old, that only a complete idiot would be an anti-communist. For a while, that had changed; looks like they’re trying to change it back now.
