The governing party in South Africa, the ANC, has condemned as "racist" a decision by Canada to grant a white South African man refugee status.
Brandon Huntley, 31, had told officials in Canada he could not return to South Africa after seven different attacks.

Why do I get the feeling that it is now racist to keep blacks from freely killing whites? Very scary times my FRiend.
I have noted the life and times of a number of women activists in the old days of apartheid. Seems the whiter these women were, the more determined they were to get their elegant carcases in jail. Determined to make a showing to show their support for their majority non-voting citizens.
Today they live, talking of their valiant fight against the wickedness of apartheid. Sure it was wrong and the control of South Africa could have been eased into black autonomy. A decent partnership. Certain of them live in apprehension of their own safety there. Still, there are those who live in London, England, holding court and pontificating.
Nothing like the old white picket fence and the London Bobby and walking yer dog around the neighbourhood. Not where the London black people live though.

The ANC said it was committed to fighting crime in South Africa, which has an annual murder rate of around 18,000.
So it’s not too much worse than in America. The US has 16 to 17 thousand murders a year...South Africa has 18 thousand. Of course the US has about 6 times as many people.
