Small businesses have been trying to hold out until Christmas hoping for a halfway decent season.

I think it’ll be another bad one. When that happens, small businesses give up, close, and of course the rent stops being paid.

Commercial property owners who have been holding out hoping their renters will have a decent season give up and stop paying their mortgages.

The second leg down is coming.
