Please state step by step how my soldier buddy can submit his question about whether Obama is even eligible to give orders as CIC.
1. Make a video of his question?
2. Upload video?
3. Is said video voted on?

What part of Town hall meeting/questions across the country don’t they understand? They’ve already hired thugs as pikers. So there will be no repercussions for the wrong questions from the military?
