I read that on FreeRepublic before Rush said it.
It’s not just what’s written in HR3200, but what’s written in the referenced sections of the USC. IOW, HR3200 references those sections of existing laws, and makes changes to those existing laws. So, to understand what HR3200 does, you have to read it side-by-side with a copy of the USC.
It is a labyrinth of interconnections.

Absolutely. RINO’s are as guilty of helping destroy our country as RATs, IMO.
That is the price of partisan journalism. Where a commitment to a candidate or a point of view results in hostility and denial toward contraindicative data you've lost your ability to see the story, much less tell it. That explains part of the open anger we see evidenced toward the Tea Parties - the willingness to disparage the participants as "tea-baggers" and oppose rather than interrogate. The difficulty is not that some in the media are like this, because that's always been the case. The difficulty is that so many are now and all in a similar ideological alignment.

it is VERY VERY VERY VERY hard to unseat an incumbant. Jerrymandered districts, voter fraud establishment, and a media whorishly devoted to democrats make this still an uphill battle.
