The following Greek names do not relate to a God’s name like in the English days of the week. Constantine spoke Greek and Latin but grew up in the Greek speaking east,

Kyriaki = Lord’s Day/Sunday
Deftera - Monday
Triti = Tues.
Tetarti = Wed.
Pempti = Thurs.
Paraskevi = Friday
Sabato = Sabbath = Saturday

And are an example of the syncretic nature of the god-Emperor’s un-holy work product.

Easter/Ishtar/Isis/Oster.... worship of the Mother Goddess - and NOTHING to do with the Christian Faith of the appostles.

Sorry, don’t need any Ishtar Eggs either.
