Missing MP Tim Holding 'found alive' (Australian government minister lost on hike)

VICTORIAN Water Minister Tim Holding has been found alive. Sky News reports a news helicopter has spotted Mr Holding and reported his location to police.
Police confirmed the report and the fact that Mr Holding was alive.

I’ve added to breaking because the original thread is still in breaking.
I’m glad to hear this - Tim Holding is a socialist, but he’s one of the few I’ve met who genuinely seems honest, sincere, and genuinely committed to doing what he feels to be right. I can’t agree with his politics, but I wish all the left was like him.

Overall, yes, I’d say.
He’s on the left, no doubt about it - but there are enough leftwing people in Australia that I must conceded they deserve representation.
He’s honest. He’s sincere. He’s served his country in uniform, before going on to serve it in Parliament. I’d never vote for him, but I’d have a beer with him.

Sorry, but from a principled point of view, given that socialism really has no principles, I sincerely have to disagree with you.
They need to be defeated at every oppurtunity and given no quarter.
They would sooner take away your rights than afford you the same freedoms you would grant them and fight for them.
They are either tragically mis-guided or so selfish and self-serving as to be called evil.
