More than half a day after a Burnet County Jail inmate escaped from the correctional complex Sunday night, officials have resorted to searching homes in Burnet for the missing man.
Dogs on the ground and helicopters in the air have turned up nothing in the search for Nuana Antonio Fuentes-Sanchez, 24, who went missing Sunday around 10:30 p.m. after a routine bed count alerted officials of his disappearance.
He was being held on a $200,000 bond for charges of aggravated robbery in connection with a home invasion that happened April 14 in the Stone Mountain subdivision near Marble Falls .

In Texas, they use dawgs.
Burnet schools called parents to ask if they wanted their latch key kids to remain at school until parents were able to pick them up after school.
