Someone out here explained in detail on how to do it by using condensed milk (pet milk). Saturate the back with a sponge, flip to front and re-apply milk to front. They said it works so well you need a sandblaster to get them off.

Also to add, pour the milk into a resealable gallon storage bag and best to work in a boy-girl team if on foot to not look suspicious late at night.
