Dunno. They used to have good stuff for boys: Davy Crockett, Swiss Family Robinson, Tom Sawyer, and 20,000 Leagues under the Sea. They've blown most of those franchises; politically incorrect, doncha know? ‘Bout the only thing they have left is Pirates of the Caribbean.
If they had followed up on Tarzan, by actually going by ERB's books, they could have a new generation of kids, and bagged some old farts like me.
Instead they made him into some sort of dreadlock-wearing, anti-hunting eco-freak.
I don't think superheroes are going to help. It requires a complete attitude change. They won't lose money on their acquisition, though.
