Shes about 85 percent finished with her book, due out this spring from HarperCollins. Then shell begin looking through the inch-and-a-half-thick file her lawyer, Robert Barnett, has built of offers for network and cable pundit gigs, documentaries and business opportunities.
What she went through as a high school girl playing basketball is more toughening and endurance than most of us exert for any one thing.
I’m not surprised that she’s been working like crazy on the book, is on track, and will be a powerful presence when she’s out there more publicly again.
This is a formidable and serious person who recognizes the need and calling for her to step up nationally, and she’s not going to let us or herself down.
Hmm...Perhaps she can mosey on down to the Southern Command and guest host on an Open Line Friday. Or stay where she is. Live from Anchorage via New York City. Has Rush ever had a woman guest host? I don’t recall one.
On a side note, how does this Robert Barnett guy sleep at night? He represents everyone. Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, W, Obama, Cheney, Wolfowitz, Rove, etc...
I guess he’ll go anywhere. I’m sure he has quite a few good stories to tell.
another interesting fact about Barnett. He was a clerk to Justice White the term the Court decided Roe v Wade and White wrote the main dissent.
Just something I found noteworthy.
