Any elected official who violates the Constitution should be impeached. Impeachment proceedings is a long process. We the people have to become more engaged and we have to monitor our representatives. This can be done individually as well as through organizations. If your representative is guilty of voting against the Constitution they can be voted out of office.

No, my representative is a Republican who is fiscally conservative. And I have had conversations and e-mail exchanges with his staff for months.

About Health Care Bill, Cap & Trade, HR 2749 Food Safety Act (FDA Control of Food Production SCAM), Auto Nationalization, Banking Bailout & Nationalization and Firearm Control Legislation. He is on the right side of the issues.

But there are others in the State who have sided with the Administration on all of these, clearly Unconstitutional Act.
