it gets worse.
i recall back then most of the hotels where motel style or cottages in edgarstown.
Ted called and complained at the front desk that noise hotel guests were upsetting his sleep.

OK - so that leaves 2 possibilities in my head.

He either was

1) So incredibly drunk he had no control while driving, barely manages to escape, and upon entering the hotel he sleeps off the drunk.

or

2)He intentionally tanks the car because she’s become some sort of threat. I wonder if they did a pregnancy test?
