That’s exactly what it is - END TIMES STRONG DELUSION as God said he would permit if a people continually rejected Him. Well it’s happened. Personally, I find the man and all those surrounding him so revolting and I experience such revulsion at even attempting to listen or look at them, that I can’t even understand the “followers”.
