...But i guess its different, because we need it...

I beg to differ, we don't need their oil at all. We have more than enough for our own needs within our borders and off-shore. We could (and should) be totally oil independent.

Except for the fact that environMENTALISTS are running the country! Because of people like Algore who have made MILLIONS off of scare tactics. We are a bunch of idiots if we keep letting these people tell us we can't drill in our own country!

Instead, we are turning our country over to avowed communist who have been given HALF A BILLION DOLLARS of 'stimulus' money to create 'green jobs'. PUKE!

The administration's "Green Jobs" czar, Van Jones, has a "very checkered past" deep-rooted in radical politics, including black nationalism, anarchism, and communism. The broadcast network newscasts have mostly failed to report on Mr. Jones's past political affiliations which are lock-step with the network's downplay of coverage regarding President Obama's associations with the former radical and terrorist William Ayers during the election.

Jones is a San Francisco extremist who admits to having been "radicalized in jail."

Jones views environmental activism as a means to advance the ultra-left's Orwellian notion of "justice." He has referred to himself not only as a "communist," but as a "rowdy black nationalist."

Meet Van Jones, 'Green czar' for the Barack Obama administration.

More than five months after the Obama administration announced the hiring of its "green jobs czar," Van Jones, the White House has refused to explain whether it knew of Jones admitted black nationalist and radical communist history and just who hired the adviser.
