Recent revelations from C-Net News, showing a bill proposed by Senator Jay Rockefeller (D-WV) giving the president emergency control of the internet, exploded on to the Dudge Report yesterday.:
The new version would allow the president to "declare a cybersecurity emergency" relating to "non-governmental" computer networks and do what's necessary to respond to the threat. Other sections of the proposal include a federal certification program for "cybersecurity professionals," and a requirement that certain computer systems and networks in the private sector be managed by people who have been awarded that license.

Writing on Newsbusters last November, I pointed out that the student shooters, Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris learned how to construct their bombs through internet research. When Mr. Holder found out about this, he said the following on NPR in late May of 1999:

So I gather Holder rationalizes that the internet ‘radicalizes’ citizens where bringing muslims to the U.S. Prison system won’t while they’re the experts at it. Ok, got it.

Of course those dumbasses object. They at least know that it would mean that they too could be shut down if they dare to object to der Fuehrer.
With all the missteps of Eric “The Coward” Holder, why isn’t there a call for his resignation? He even appears to be acting counter to Barry on occasion (although it may be play-acting).
