Why this baby boom will make us all go bust

Soaring immigration - and a migrant baby boom - has sent Britain's population rocketing over the 61 million mark.
We are now the second most densely populated country in the world, something that will be all too apparent on the roads and trains this bank holiday weekend. Sadly, though, it is not the indigenous middle-class, hard-working, tax-paying population that's exploding.
High birth rates: An increase in young, single mothers, as well as immigrant parents, are making the Britain's population to soar According to statistics, our latest baby boom is partly down to high birth rates among immigrants, and partly due to rising numbers of younger mothers.
The Office for National Statistics thinks this latter trend is explained by young women putting babies before careers. Well, none of the young women I know is. So who are these younger mothers? It stands to reason that many of them must be teenagers.
How many of them are married or even have their children's father around? How many have jobs or are supported by someone who does? How many live off benefits?
No, what these figures really show is that our benevolent welfare system is actively encouraging girls to have babies young and alone. Labour has, disgracefully, made single-motherhood a legitimate occupation.

What do you expect? In far too many western nations the people on the dole are in the voting majority. They have no reason or incentive to be responsible as they vote in politicians who will cut them bigger checks at the expense of the taxpayer.
When are we going to close our borders and get OUR immigration problem under control? Any Rat or RINO that supports the concept of making millions of illegals U.S. citizens should be identified and targeted for replacement. Without this accomplishment nothing else matters because the projected demographic changes will be the death knell to our conservative values.
There is a misconception that the more your population the stronger your economy. The adherents to that view reverse the causation. If your economy grows fast then so generally will your population. But increasing population invariably reduces the ratio of capital to workers and that invariably reduces output per worker. The Bushies (and now the Obamites) encourage immigration on the false assumption that it will save social security and medicare. In fact it will accelerate their demise.

Currently, 1.6 million legal and illegal immigrants settle in the country each year; 350,000 immigrants leave each year, resulting in a net immigration of 1.25 million. Since 1970, the U.S. population has increased from 203 million to 306 million, i.e., over 100 million. In the next 40 years, the population will increase by 133 million to 439 million. Three-quarters of the increase in our population since 1970 and the projected increase will be the result of immigration. The U.S., the world’s third most populous nation, has the highest annual rate of population growth of any developed country in the world, i.e., 0.975 percent (2009 estimate), principally due to immigration.
87 percent of the 1.2 million legal immigrants entering annually are minorities as defined by the U.S. Government and almost all of the illegal aliens are minorities. By 2023 half of the children 18 and under in the U.S. will be classified as minorities and by 2042, half of the residents of this country will be minorities. Generally, immigrants and minorities vote predominantly for the Democrat Party. Hence, Democrats view immigration as a never-ending source of voters that will make them the permanent majority party.
Since the 1965 Immigration Act, our pro-population growth immigration policies have fueled major demographic changes in a very short period of time. In 1970, non-Hispanic whites comprised 89 percent of the population; today they are 66 percent; and by 2042, they will be 50 percent.
Unless the life chances of children raised by single mothers suddenly improve, the explosive growth of the U.S. Hispanic population over the next couple of decades does not bode well for American social stability. Hispanic immigrants bring near–Third World levels of fertility to America, coupled with what were once thought to be First World levels of illegitimacy. (In fact, family breakdown is higher in many Hispanic countries than here.) Nearly half of the children born to Hispanic mothers in the U.S. are born out of wedlock, a proportion that has been increasing rapidly with no signs of slowing down. Given what psychologists and sociologists now know about the much higher likelihood of social pathology among those who grow up in single-mother households, the Hispanic baby boom is certain to produce more juvenile delinquents, more school failure, more welfare use, and more teen pregnancy in the future.
The dimensions of the Hispanic baby boom are startling. The Hispanic birthrate is twice as high as that of the rest of the American population. That high fertility rate—even more than unbounded levels of immigration—will fuel the rapid Hispanic population boom in the coming decades. By 2050, the Latino population will have tripled, the Census Bureau projects. One in three Americans will be Hispanic by mid-century, twice the current ratio. In states such as California and Texas, Hispanics will be in the clear majority. Nationally, whites will drop from near 70 percent of the total population in 2000 to just half by 2050. Hispanics will account for 46 percent of the nation’s added population over the next two decades, the Pew Hispanic Center reports.
When a government takes things of great value, makes them free and then gives them away to anyone, regardless of their citizenship, does anyone really expect that it won't go badly? At what point is sanity restored? What does it take for sanity to be restored?
Not sure about the Christian part (re: Mexican illegals) but this sort of mass immigration has ruined vast parts of the US border regions, as has similar immigration of Muslims into the UK, ruined my homeland.
California is practically a Spanish-speaking hell-hole now, having visited it a few months ago (LA area).
When the old Protestant work ethics die, so too will America, or for that matter, the UK. The Spanish-speaking replacement population of illegals, teeming in their double-digit millions, has scarred America permanently.
