legally established his residence in Florida how on God's green earth could he still be a Massachusetts Senator when the Devil finally caught him up?
If this is true his Senate seat has been vacant since the day he did so.

I doubt it’s true. They rented property in Florida over the winter (sold the Palm Beach house years ago).
