What is on television? Why are we looking at a storm over Arlington cemetery and listening to someone’s car horn? Are they still burying Teddy?
Yes . . . I’m on C-Span (can’t explain it ;-) )
But, they’re in total darkness . . . save for the lightening flashes in the background and the eternal flame.
This was supposed to start at 5:30pm. So they had no lighting.
