If there is no annulment then the person who has been divorced, against their will, can not re-marry. Do me a favor and don't argue. It's not opinion it's fact. I am Catholic and I know the faith. I have a Masters in it.

Sorry - I misread your statement as to say that the other person in the annulment proceedings could not remarry.
