That this guy is in Congress should be an indication of the poor condition of our gonvernment.
I couldn't agree more. I'm just appalled at Patrick "Patches" Kennedy's speech and mannerisms. How did this guy get elected in the wealthiest part of Rhode Island? (Newport county) He's a whiny, sniveling, dweeby little rich kid, who's apparently out of commission a fair amount of time due to drug and drinking binges and numerous stays at rehab facilities...
