I see your perspective. You lead the charge...tell me where the website is or the effort is being made, in an organized fashion, to get him reprimanded.
I don't have standing to press charges, and I live about a thousand miles away. There's lots of activists in Virginia though, and I'm sure some folks in Virginia, such as the person who was the vicim of Cheeks' crime, and patriots like Danladi Moore who has whipped Norfolk's butt a few times, will spearhead this effort.
