I thought you were speaking about the possibility of one of these civil suits being litigated on the merits. That's the only place we'd possibly see Obama submit any kind of document, and even that is unlikely.
I suggested nothing as to the court of action, but responded to your statement that the COLB was sufficient on its own. Until discovery has taken place it is impossible to determine what admissible evidence would be proffered to counter the certification/authentication of the BC. Best evidence would rule the day, whether there is better evidence or not is currently being hidden, WHY? The long form is needed to be able to verify doctor, hospital, etc which would lead to other documentary evidence one way or the other. What do you think would happen if the long form was signed by grandma and no hospital or doctor was on the BC? Did you see where Obama's COLB says date filed not date accepted by registrar? Why is that? SIGNIFICANT? Do not the people of the United States have a right to know if their “President” is in fact eligible?
Whether you like it or not and whether you see it or not, this issue is coming to a head and needs to be resolved before Civil Disobedience or worse by the people takes on the government to resolve their grievances.
