Thanks for the Ping. The DoD will rescind his orders, like in the pasts. Once that is done, he will have no standing. Don’t worry, the orders will be gone before it goes to court.

Last time the officer volunteered for deployment, then filed suit after orders issued....not so here, as far as I can tell from the pleadings.

Last time the officer volunteered for deployment, filed his suit after he was was ordered to go, then the DoD simply rescinded the orders......here, at least from the pleadings, it doesn’t appear the officer volunteered for deployment.

We’ll see.
