I can’t even mutter “Father forgive them, for they know not what they do” because the Kennedy’s know exactly what they’re doing.
It’s a real challenge.
I assume this issue, of a Catholic funeral, must have been taken up with Kennedy before his death. Personally, I would prefer that he not be given the honor of a Mass from the Catholic Church, but that’s not for me to say.
I think this will be put to use against Catholics and I think it sends a wrong message to our young people.
