Just hang him. I know, innocent til proven guilty, yada yada yada..This guy should have been in prison a long time ago. He was already a convicted rapist. Our justice system is so screwed up
How does a man on Federal parole/probation for kidnapping/rape have a women and two girls in his back yard for almost 20 years, and NO ONE notices?
He should get the chair, and a whole bunch of people should lose their jobs, starting with the probation officer.
