I don’t know what IE is, but there is a place in tools/privacy to block specific sites.

I’m on XP.

IE is Internet Explorer (made by Microsoft). It’s the program you’re using to read this and open up web pages (unless you’re using Firefox or Safari, etc).

XP. I’m sure you mean Windows XP—that would be your operating system—the program actually running your computer.

IE= Internet Explorer. The default web browser that comes with winders. The icon is a blue “e”by all means, learn to use the blacklist for cookies.
