In this video, comedian Tim Hawkins presents his latest humorous parody, “The Government Can” song.

It’s sung to the tune of “The Candy Man Can”, made popular in the early 70’s by “Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory” and Sammy Davis, Jr.
