He says he's a pro-life "bluedog" (whatever that really is), and apparently has a strong rating from the NRA. People from LA assure me that Vitter's not vulnerable - and current polling seems to support that - I hope they're right.

Best thing that could happen to Vitter. People will forget his indiscretions in a minute if the only other choice is closet liberal Melancon.
