Murder is the only charge I know with no statute of limitations.

Even theft expires. POSSESSION of stolen items does not bestow ownership but doesn’t even necessarily carry a criminal offense after 7 years.

Any crime that has a possibility of capital punishment has traditionally been held not to have a statute of limitations. In many States, kidnapping with injury is a capital offense.
