So you choose a personal experience over scripture

How did he violate scripture ? Did he lie with a man ? If he did not commit the act, where is the violation ?

The violation is becoming a pastor when he failed to meet the scriptural requirement of being married to one wife. Being single doesn't exclude him from serving God, but it does exclude him from being a pastor. Your implying God is wrong.
