After her disasterous abortive effort to be appointed a Senator from New York, would Caroline Kennedy really be shameless enough to change her legal residence, and run for Senator in Massachusetts?
Good question, but nothing would suprise me.
The shameless part is easy—she's a Kennedy.
But run? No, that's for the little people. She gets appointed and then she's there for life. Or, if there has to be an election, she'll have no RAT opposition and she's elected by default because (a) any Republican opponent is automatically a long shot/an unknown/quixotic, and (b) the comrades in the People's Republic of Massachusetts who have eagerly voted and revoted for the likes of the Cape Cod Orca, Jean Francois Kerry and Deval Patrick, will just as eagerly vote for Sweet Caroline.
