What we are seeing is the consolidation of power after a communist take-over.

you might want to go visit and see first hand what life is like in an armed revolutionary war zone. What happens is that getting back out of that kind of condition turns out to be a lot harder than it was getting in.

Agreed. However, what do you about no peaceful due process, deleting The Constitution , disarming the citizenry, shutting down free speech and peaceful assembly, rigging the ballot box, jailing people who are "accused of being enemies of the state", etc.?

One has to weigh the results of what to be done. On one hand: communist take-over and no way to get our freedoms back OR some horrendous times to defend the country, The Constitution, ourselves and our families.

I think it's a no-brainer. Once a CommuFascit regime takes hold and destroys our democratic and capitalist institutions, there is no way to defeat them without a military coup that REMAINS benevolent and eventually, hands power back to civilians.

People who lived under dictatorships and Communist regimes will never let the Communists win, if they can help it.

Well, lots of people hate democracy and try and take over by force, and I've chatted with a few in my travels in Latin America.

You need to pause and think of what you said. Latin America and the USA are quite different societies. Our Oligarchies operate in an environment where corruption is not endemic and wielded only by the politically connected. Numerically, in Latin America they are proportionally smaller as a prcentage of the population.

What we see in the US today is the middle class, and they can be relentless and overwhelming, when fired up enough. Your suggestion that they "hate democracy" is both repulsive and untrue.

The comparison is ignorant and mind-boggling absurd.

"...both repulsive and untrue.  The comparison is ignorant and mind-boggling absurd."

Absolutely right, what you're describing is truly absurd.

You might want to reread what I posted as it seems we're talking about different things here.

Great question, but I find it really hard to believe you're actually advocating what, violent revolution?

Violence against violence. You see union thugs and ACORNers intimidating and beating up conservatives, you answer in kind. You see them "controlling the ballot box, you forcibly throw them out. When 0b0z0 arms them and give them power as a civilian army, we better organize and do the same before they disarm and enslave us.

As you can see, your question doesn't scare me at all. Time for you to answer this question:

Are you advocating that we stay civil, as in town halls, while our reps ain't listening, while things leading to our enslavement are shoved down our throats? If not, what do you suggest we do?

.

“They won’t have to, all they have to do is ban the sale of ammo.”

And the Volstead Act worked real well ;-)

It’s a frightening scenario, no question about it. I’m 50 and resent the hell out of having to even contemplate this (makes me want to take the stock of my rifle and bust some Obama voters in the skull) as I’ve always lived my life as one who feels we have the right to be LEFT ALONE.

But unfortunately these are choices that we have to make and if it does come down to it, there’s no question blood will be shed. But, even if I’m looking down the barrel I would rather die on my feet than live on my knees.

"...organize and do the same before they disarm and enslave us...   ...what do you suggest we do?"

My idea is to take life one day at a time, and right now on 27 Aug. everything's quiet outside.   When necessary, of course violence for self defense or defense of others is basic to human life, but to date there simply is no "power as a civilian army".

I'm telling you that I've seen civilian armies organized and they're a joke.   OK, they kill people and all, but a professional army just brushes them aside; and members of our professional US Army are sworn to defend the Constitution.  While they're also ordered to obey the POTUS, everyone's clear that if ever the oath and an order were in conflict then it's the oath that takes precedence.

So, I ask you: what do you suggest we do?

Your answer:

My idea is to take life one day at a time, and right now on 27 Aug. everything's quiet outside.

Thanks, it's very soothing indeed to know how much you care.

The rest of your post is as worthless!

Let's hope it doesn't ever come down to that!

Like I said, I resent the hell out of being put in the position of even having to think about it; but thanks to the complete fools that voted for this, I must. Oppression/Tyranny starts in the mind by manipulating the thoughts and that part has begun.

Tomorrow is promised to noone.

Perhaps a television show is in the works?

Remember, Hussein Obama wants to create a 250,000 man
civilian security force that is as well-trained and well-
equipped as the US Military Forces.
