Nothing will happen to the ACLU. It is a damn shame Bush did not give a full Pardon to Scooter Libby.
My understanding of why he didn’t is that acceptance of the pardon would have meant that Scooter would have to admit guilt per Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution which would prevent an appeal.
