I hope that doesn’t happen here. I am going to call his office now and see if I can find out how he intends to handle this telephone town hall. I want to know why he isn’t facing us in person. I already know that answer but thought I would ask it anyhow.

Thats when you hole a ‘cardboard cutout’ townhall meeting in a conspicuous location (city/town park).

Several have done this and the media/press goes nuts over it.
