What he advocates is clearly Un-Constitutional.
Obozo's minions simply choose to ignore the restraints placed on government by the Constitution. They choose to pretend that it is no longer relevant. They are Wrong.
You are right, but for different reasons, IMHO: these radicals will be using the Executive branch to reach their goals first, not Congress...so I'm not sure if the 1st Amendment would apply here, would it? What about the powers that the Constitution gives to the Executive branch in Section II -- would they find some "implied" power in one if the clauses in that part of the Constitution?
