Be sure that when you ask these questions, you cite the specific bill. You're quoting from various pages, but you can't just say, "the healthcare bill." There are multiple bills floating around, and vaguely referring to one gives the congressman or woman too much "wiggle room."
In the case of the questions you provided, I believe these references are all in H.R. 3200. Citing this, the Congressperson will immediately know you're well-armed with information.

Who actually wrote this bill? Congressman can you get us the names of the people that wrote this bill, so that we can understand their views on healthcare? Yes, It couldn't have been written by Congressmen and women. They don't move that fast in writing something like this.
According to Glenn Beck -- Van Jones' fingerprints are on the stimulus bill. Who really did write the stimulus bill?
Who really did write the cap and tax bill?
These questions need to be answered FIRST!
