Recently, World Net Daily published an article about Also Known As (AKA) Obama's MySpace.com webpage. On that page, Obama's age is listed as 52.
Why is this relevant?
Well, first of all, when was Obama really born? Was he born in 1961 as the pictures of the Certification of Live Birth (COLB) published by pro-AKA websites claim? Or was he born earlier or even later?
Of course, the answer to these questions is that we don't know. On July 27, 2009, Chiyome Fukino, Director, Department of Health, Hawaii, stated, in a press release,
"I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawai'i State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file for the Hawai'i State Department of health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawai'i and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement in October 2008 over eight months ago."
Unfortunately, Fukino misspoke. Historically, a natural born citizen is one born of two American parents within the United States (Vattel's Law of Nations, Section 212). As AKA has himself acknowledged, his mother was American, his father a British subject. Where he was actually born is not known. What his actual citizenship was and is, although he claims he was a dual citizen, is also not known. The only people with dual citizenship, however, eligible to the office of president, under Article II, Section I, Clause 5, United States Constitution, were the Founding Fathers of which AKA is not one.

Put his A$$ on the street.
We might have to wait a while for that. Plus, I kind of like all the fire on democrats, for the first time in 14 years, since 1994
Taking a break from mowing.
This is because it is easy to oppose (ask Pelosi) . All you have to do is oppose everything. See republicans now oppose large deficits, and yet they also oppose cuts in F-22, Social Security and Medicare. The majority that has the White House, has to get big important things done, without getting everyone mad. Bush got things done, and eventually everyone was mad even though he got bi-partision support on most stuff, what the voters ask for.
I dread having a republican president after Bush. Bush and republicans had the chance of a lifetime, our first Republican Washington in our lifetime after Sept 11 and probably out last. Except Alito and Roberts, everything else turned bad,

Lynn a great writer. See her other articles on AKA at: http://www.newswithviews.com/Stuter/stuterA.htm
In what way? Which Article, Section and Clause did it ignore?
SCOTUS should have stayed out of it and made Congress (& the Florida lege) sort it out... if Congress had been forced to do its duty in sorting out the 2000 election, there would have been more political pressure on them to deal with the usurper 2008 election situation back in January.
It depends on who it is.
There were some bonehead things that Bush wanted mixed in with the good. But he was hampered by the press constantly lying and hammering away.
The press has become a dangerous tool of the left.
Republicans don't know how to lead. They share no core values, very often dissing conservatives but needing us to make them a viable party. Idiots.
Article 2 Sect 1 Clause 2 of US constitution says State legislatures determine how delegates are chosen, not the federal government, which includes the SCOTUS.
This is not to say that Gore would have been elected if a recount was in his favor, Gov Bush already certified the electors. But the SCOTUS stopped the recounting to take the heat so democrats could not blame Jeb for deciding in his brothers favor. It was purely political and the decision applies to so other election according to the SCOTUS ruling.
