It also means the dems are operating on the assumption they will never again lose control of both houses & the WH. They arrogantly assume that even after 2010 there will be no hearings investigating this on behalf of the citizens whose privacy was violated by the American Stasi now working directly out of the halls of US Congress & in congressional support offices & they can suppress the truth forever.

I dunno, though.If I were a lowly dem congressional staffer who was instructed by their boss to do this & complied, I think I'd be keeping my eyes & ears open for the name of a good lawyer just in case. 2010 will be rolling around before they know it.
