President Obama’s decision to allow the Justice Department to investigate and possibly prosecute CIA personnel, and his decision to remove authority for interrogation from the CIA to the White House, serves as a reminder, if any were needed, of why so many Americans have doubts about this Administration’s ability to be responsible for our nation’s security.

That's gonna leave a mark.

... decision to remove authority for interrogation from the CIA to the White House....

Well, the mighty 0 owns it all now. When the interrogators can't threaten anyone any more, nobody will give any answers.

The mighty 0's approach to national security reminds me of the series "The Colony". It's a semi-reality show about a group of 10 people who are trying to survive following a theoretical virus attack that killed most of the population. They are holed up in an abandoned warehouse that has all kinds of potential. The problem is, they got comfortable with being able to gather food, water, and even electrical power, but neglected security. Then they were attacked because they were seen as weak. That's going to happen to us. There are real marauders out there in the world that don't give a rap about human rights or dignity.
